What do I do if the parcel I receive isn't what I order or is missing items?
We hope this is a rare occasion, however, should this happen to you, please email us at customerservices@simpleonlinepharmacy.co.uk with your order number, description of the issue and a picture of the parcel.
We will do our best to update you within 24 hours, however, will escalate and investigate with our dispensary and courier team as needed.
