I requested a refund, where is it? Refunds can take 5-10 working days, although we process this on request and you have notification from us this has been done, the time frame from this point is down to the bank.
How do I request a refund? Email the patient care team who can discuss the refund, the reason and next steps.
Reversal: If you cancel and order, or, request a refund on the same day, your bank may no show a refund, and, will however, cancel the pending transaction and return the amount as no money actually left the bank and will show as though an order was never placed.
