Before use, Saxenda should be stored between 2-8 degrees.
So, for orders placed AND approved by our GP's Monday-Thursday before 3:30PM, delivery should be next day.
However, for orders placed after Thursday at 3:30PM, we currently can only dispatch these on Monday, to ensure you receive your pens at the correct temperature.
If your product isn't refrigerated on arrival, don't be alarmed, you can still use this for 30 days after dispatch.
However, we use state of the art packaging to keep the product in the required conditions, thus, making it safe for use. Most packaging used, will keep the item within the necessary temperature, this can vary depending on the size of your order and our patient care team are here to support should you have concerns or queries.

Hi I placed my order on Sunday so does this mean it arrives on Monday or Tuesday and will I be notified when it's on its way
