If you have not received your order within the specified time frame please contact us and we will open an investigation with Royal Mail to locate your package.
You can also check where your order is with the Royal Mail tracking code. It may be that Royal Mail attempted delivery and your order is awaiting collection.
Unfortunately, collection cards left by Royal Mail can be misplaced, so the online tracking portal is an easy way to see when your order is ready for collection from Royal Mail.
