After placing your order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided on your order (if this does not arrive after 5 to 10 minutes we do advise checking your spam/junk folder as it may have landed in there in error).
If you have provided us with your mobile number you will also receive an SMS message advising your order is confirmed.
Our Doctors and Pharmacist have until 3.30pm on the day of your order (or after 3.30pm from the following day) to review the assessment form you have filled out and make a dispensing decision. If our Doctor or Pharmacist has any issues or questions regarding your order, a member of our Customer Service team will contact you straight away either via email or phone.
If your order is Rejected by our Doctor or Pharmacist you will receive notification of this by email by 6pm at the latest, (again please check your spam/junk folder). This email will confirm the reason behind the decision and that a full refund will be applied back to your card but this can take 2 to 5 working days depending on your card provider.
If your order is Approved by our Doctor or Pharmacist then you will not receive any updates until around 6pm, after this time you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will also confirm the Royal Mail tracking number for your order.
Once in the possession of Royal Mail, you will be kept up to date by SMS. On the day of the delivery Royal Mail will notify that they will deliver between certain times, and once delivered you will also receive a text message advising of this.
Updates on your order can also be found by logging into the Members section of the website, here you will find any messages sent by us regarding your order and also up to date tracking and order history.
