At this time we currently only send orders out via Royal Mail with the exception of any orders that contain more than one 150ml aerosol can.
We use the following Royal Mail services.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm - This is a premium service open to patients who wish to receive there order the next working day (excluding orders placed after 3.30pm, Saturday Delivery and any Public Holidays) at a cost of £6.49. If your order is over the value of £200 we will automatically send your order via this service. As per UK law, this service will require a signature on receipt of delivery.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature - This is our standard delivery service, and patients will normally receive there order within 2 to 5 working days (excluding public holidays) at a cost of £3.20. If your order is over the value of £35 we will automatically provide this service without charge. As per UK law, as the medication being sent is either prescription or a Pharmacy medication it will require a signature on receipt of delivery.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 with no Signature - This is our standard delivery service for any over the counter or general lines products. You will normally receive your order within 2 to 5 working days (excluding public holidays) at a cost of £3.20. If your order is over the value of £35 we will automatically provide this service without charge. A signature is not required on delivery for these products, however, if you are not home and the box is too large for your letterbox it may be taken to your local delivery office for collection.
We also provide a DX delivery service
- This for orders which contain more than one 150ml aerosol can or if your order is for Regaine Foam, as due to regulations Royal Mail will not carry this type of product. Once your order is dispatched you will be provided with a tracking number by DX and they will give updates on your order until delivery, this normally arrives within 2 working days. All DX deliveries require a signature on receipt. If you are not available when delivery takes place, DX will leave a card and advise on how a re-delivery can be booked using their website - https://www.dxdelivery.com/consumer/my-tracking/.
